RECOMMENDATIONS
Schedule your appointment 2 to 3 weeks in advance of your desired date to increase the likelihood of availability.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY PHOTOS?
At the studio, we use an iPad where you can view your photos in real time. Once your session is over, you’ll be able to choose your favorite images for editing.
If your session takes place outdoors, you’ll receive an online gallery with all the photos taken, and you can select your favorites for editing.If it is outdoors, a gallery will be sent with all the photos taken and you can choose your favorite photos to edit.
HOW LONG WILL MY PHOTOS TAKE TO BE READY?
Your photos will be delivered digitally via email within 10 business days.
HOW CAN I SCHEDULE MY SESSION?
You can book your appointment with a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total session cost.
If the deposit is not received within 48 hours after the photographer provides the payment information, the selected date will become available again and may be booked by another client. If the deposit is not sent within a maximum of 48 hours after the photographer sends the payment methods, the agreed upon date becomes available and the photographer may sell it to another client.
CAN I CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT DATE?
Reservations can be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 72 hours before your session.
A 25% rescheduling fee (based on the selected package) will apply for date changes made less than 72 hours before your session.
In case of cancellation within 72 hours of your session, the deposit will not be refunded and the session will be forfeited.
if I'm late?
Please be on time. The photographer works by appointment only. Your session begins at the agreed time and will end according to the duration of the selected package.
If you arrive late, that time will be deducted from your session.
If you arrive after your scheduled time, and if the photographer’s schedule allows, your session may still be completed with an additional charge of 20% of the chosen package.
If the client fails to arrive on time and/or does not contact the photographer, the photographer may leave, and the client will forfeit the reservation and deposit.
PRINTING RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHTS
Golden Light Photography grants clients permission to print their digital images at any location; however, the studio is not responsible for print quality (color, sharpness, contrast, etc.).
Golden Light Photography reserves the right to use any photograph for personal and promotional purposes (such as websites or social media).
All image copyrights remain the property of Golden Light Photography. Clients may not alter, edit, or use the digital files for commercial purposes without written permission from Golden Light Photography.
By booking a session with Golden Light Photography, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
